- ELS Language Centers is a special intensive English program offered over 50 locations in the USA of which over 40 are located on American university campuses. Our ELS English program graduates can enter more than 600 colleges and universities in the USA without taking the TOEFL examination….our ELS certificate is all that is required to meet the English admission requirements.
